The kids both had their first days of school. Dillon started 4th grade a couple weeks ago at his new school Mark Fine Elementary. Abby started preschool yesterday and really loves it! There are more pictures of them on their first day, on their blog pages.
I had the weekend off, so we decided to take the kids to St George on Saturday for one night. We ended up taking them to a little fair there and the kids had a great time riding the rides. I do have to say, I forgot how much I DON'T like Ferris wheels though..... neither does Dillon. But Abby sure loved it. What a little daredevil she is. It was a great little family getaway. :)
Our dear friends, The Huntsmans, had their baby boy Preston on Monday night at 9pm. He is a healthy and beautiful baby! I got to go see him on Tuesday evening and visit with proud parents too. Love you guys! Congrats!
Mom came into town this past week for Abby's dance recital. On her last day here we went down to Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay. We had a great time! Thanks for coming mom! The kids miss you already! A slideshow of more pics of the Shark Reef is on Abby's page.
Today I went to the wedding of my friend Brooke and her new husband Garrett. I am so happy for them. They make such an adorable little family. I went with my friend Kyle. We had fun! Congratulations Brooke & Garrett! May you have many wonderful years ahead....together!
Finally! Here they are.....the pics you have all been waiting for...J/K. Here are the pics of the Meet and Greet here in Vegas. I think they turned out pretty good and man does Joey look HOT!
So, as usual, the concert was AMAZING! The "five hardest working guys in show business" still know how to put on a show! The only bummer was that I wish I would have done the General Admission (floor) instead of the seats. The seats were farther away that I thought they would be. The meet and greet went great though. I met some awesome girls and we had a great time! And I got to stand next to Joe & Danny this time for the picture. Then I got to hug them all again (except Jordan this time...somehow I missed him) The Meet and Greet pics have not been downloaded by ILAA yet, but as soon as they are, I will load to this site. The guys did mention during the concert that they are coming to the end of the tour though. So I think this is it! It has been a great ride while it lasted! I'll be a NKOTB FAN FOREVER! What a great experience for them to get back together and for me to get the chance to meet them, not once, but twice in person. Like I said before.....a childhood dream come true!
Chuck and I met when we were kids in Maine. At the time I was around 8 and he was 12. Our families stayed in touch throughout the years (even after my family moved away). Chuck and I ended up dating when I was at BYU in Utah. Shortly after we got married and were together over 12 years! We are now divorced but we have two beautiful children, Dillon is 11 and Abby is 5. I am recently remarried to a wonderful man name Elua Numazawa and we look forward to a wonderful future together. We live in Las Vegas and I work at the SpringHill Suites Marriott as the Assistant General Manager and he works at the JW Marriott in Bell/Valet. We have wonderful friends and family who we feel very blessed to have in our lives.
